Bishop Verot - Tuition Assistance

Tuition Assistance Applications for the 2010-2011 school year are available on-line at www.factstuitionaid.com. Use of the on-line application is the quickest and simplest way to file. Applications need to be submitted to FACTS by February 28, 2010 to insure that you will be eligible for assistance. Please do not wait until your 2009 taxes or tax information is ready. The application is structured to begin with your 2008 tax return information. When your 2009 tax information is received or tax return is completed you can send it to FACTS and your application will be automatically updated. Paper copies are available in the front office. Please remember that paper copies may take up to three weeks to be scanned and entered into their system. On-line applications are normally uploaded within 24 hours.

Please remember that FACTS does not provide any funding nor do they make any awards. Both of these are handled directly by Bishop Verot. Due to the expected demand for assistance and our commitment to a fair process, decisions on assistance will not be announced before mid-April.

We cannot make a final award or decision on your application until you have submitted all of the required documentation to FACTS and the application verified. A checklist of required documentation is available both on-line and in the paper application.

If your financial situation has recently changed or if your request significantly varies from the analysis provided by FACTS you may be requested to submit additional information to us or we may request that you meet with us to discuss your situation individually.
