Jorge Fleitas, Dean of Students, is entering his fifth year as Head Coach of the Girls and Boys Track & Field team. Jorge holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Florida State University and a Masters in Psychology from Carlos Albizi University. In addition to his teaching and administrative experience, Jorge has a proven track record as a cross country and track coach. Under Coach Fleitas’ leadership, the Dr. Phillips High School track and field team earned a 4A Team State Title in 2015 and the Columbus Catholic High School cross country team earned state titles in 2008, 2009, and 2010. Jorge, and his wife Angela, a teacher at St. Francis Xavier, have two young children, Jorge Jr. and Nico.
