Location: The Luminary Hotel

Time: 7:30 - 10:00 p.m.

*No one will be admitted after 8:00 p.m. and students may not leave early.

Special Date Forms

Non-Verot Prom Date Form

Please complete this form if you intend to bring an outside guest to Prom. Eligibility requirements can be found on the form. All dates must adhere to the dress code.

Notes from the Outside Date Form:

  • Outside guests must be enrolled in the 10th-12th grade, or be a graduate of high school, but not older than 20 years of age.
  • Outside guests must bring a photo ID the night of the event in order to attend the dance.
  • Dates must be of the opposite gender.
  • No one may attend this dance unless he/she agrees by his/her signature to take a Breathalyzer test if requested to do so.
  • All parties must agree to conform to the Bishop Verot High School discipline and dress code while attending the dance (please see attached dress code guidelines).
  • Any non-student who has been asked to withdraw from Bishop Verot Catholic High School in the past may be ineligible to attend the event.
  • Students and their guests must arrive at the dance by the designated time and remain until doors open (these times will be announced at a later date/time).

BVHS Sophomore Prom Date Form

Please complete this form if you intend to bring a BVHS Sophomore to Prom. 9th Grade students are not permitted to attend Prom. All dates must adhere to the dress code.

Notes from the Request for a BVHS Sophomore to Attend Prom Form:

  • If your guest is an underclassman at Bishop Verot, he or she must be currently enrolled in the 10th grade.
  • The 10th grade guest must bring their school ID or a photo of their school ID in order to attend the dance.
  • Dates must be of the opposite gender.
  • No one may attend this dance unless he/she agrees by his/her signature to take a Breathalyzer test if requested to do so.

*Failure to adhere to Dress Code may result in disciplinary consequences and/or not being allowed into Prom. If you have questions about your attire, please speak with Dr. Otis in advance to avoid any issues on the day of Prom.
