Registration Information

It is time to secure enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year for our current Vikings!

Course Selection / Registration information for the 2026 - 2027 school year will be distributed to students on January 21 and 22 during English classes.

Parents will be sent an email with instructions to complete and submit the Online Enrollment Packet, including payment of the $625 Registration Fee, on Friday, January 16, 2026. The deadline for submitting the packet is Monday, February 2, 2026. This must be completed prior to a student selecting their classes.

Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is $17,495. Additionally, families are responsible for a $625 non-refundable registration fee, per student, paid at the time of enrollment/re-enrollment. Families who do not complete the enrollment process, including the payment of the enrollment fee, by the February 2, 2026 deadline will be charged a $100 late fee. Additionally, the space will not be held and may cause a student to be moved to the waitlist.

New Digital Course Selection Process for 2026-27

We are pleased to introduce a new digital process for course selections at Bishop Verot, transitioning away from our previous paper-based system. This new feature allows you and your student to manage recommendations and academic planning directly through the FACTS Family Portal.

Please review the PDF guide for step-by-step instructions.

How to Submit Course Requests

To Access Family Portal:

Please visit https://familyportal.renweb.com/en-us/school/index?familyId=0&schoolCode=BV to log in to your account (the District Code is BV-FL).

Below are the key details regarding this new process:

  • Portal Availability: The Online Request Portal opens on January 21 and will close on February 3.
  • Final Approval Deadline: All parent approvals must be submitted by February 3.
  • Course Load: Every student must choose exactly 7 courses to fill their seven-period school day, plus alternates.
  • Parent Signature: To finalize the requests, you must log in to your parent account. Checking the approval box within the portal constitutes your official electronic signature.
  • One-Time Submission: Once you click "Save," your requests are finalized for the 2026-2027 school year. This step can only be done once and cannot be edited afterward, so please review all selections carefully with your student.

For detailed descriptions of courses and specific prerequisites, please refer to the 2026-2027 Curriculum Guide.

*Please note - the Online Enrollment Packet, along with the $625 enrollment fee, must also be submitted to secure courses.

Financial Assistance

Step Up for Students Tax Credit Scholarships

The application for the 2026-2027 Tax Credit Scholarship will open on February 1, 2026. Please plan to complete this application process as soon as it opens to ensure your receipt of these funds. Once awarded, families must approve the quarterly disbursements to the school. If the disbursements are not approved timely, families will be responsible for the total cost of tuition.

BVHS Financial Assistance

The FACTS Grant & Aid application is now open and must be completed and submitted, along with all required supporting documentation, by the March 15, 2026 deadline to be considered for any assistance. Determination and notification of need-based tuition assistance will be made in April 2026.  Applications submitted after March 15, 2026 will be placed on a waiting list and will not be reviewed until after all timely filed applications have been reviewed. Please be advised financial aid funding is limited and applications not filed by the deadline may result in financial assistance being denied or may result in a reduced award. As financial assistance is granted on a year-by-year basis you must file a new application each year. Bishop Verot cannot award any need-based assistance if any application is not timely and properly filed with both FACTS Grant & Aid and Step up for Students.

Catholic Allowance

Practicing Catholic families with a genuine need may now apply for the Catholic Allowance. To be eligible for the $1000 Catholic Allowance, families must have their parish complete and return the Parish Enrollment Form (available on the website), verifying their parish status, prior to the May 4, 2026 deadline.

*The Catholic Allowance is a tuition discount and is not subsidized by your parish.

Please visit https://www.bvhs.org/admissions/financial-assistance for more information, including firm deadlines and application links.

If you have questions regarding tuition payment plans or tuition assistance, please call the Finance Department at 274-6703.

Online Course Policy

While we do have an agreement with Florida Virtual School and allow students to take courses online, this is typically only permitted if a student wishes to take a course we do not offer at Verot, or the student is repeating a class for Grade Forgiveness (which can only be done if the student earned a D or F in a class). Please keep this policy in mind and help support us with this when you are having discussions with your child about their course requests.

Note: If students are planning on taking courses off campus through any other program, including at a college, these must be pre-approved with Student Services beforehand or they will not be added to the student's transcript.
